On Ebay, here is an SZ in a sad state for those that like a challenge.

I bid on this hoping the price would remain 'reasonable', esp. as there is going to be a lot of $$ & tears to bring it up to scratch, but bidding has moved on. It will be interesting to see the final price.

Does anyone has some info about the history of this car and the present owner? The add states the car comes from France.

The bidding ends tomorrow....

The present owner's name is in the auction listing, you could try contacting the UK AROC registrar to see if it's known...not sure how much he'll be able to tell you though.

Since sold for GBP 15,555.00. IMHO, it think that is quite high with upwards of GBP 5-10,000 to bring it up to a nice condition.

Your thoughts?

Really depends on what's needed to bring it back to health; and sourcing the bits...but the apparent rise in SZ values recently might make it viable.
