Good luck with the sale Harry.
Any plans to replace it with something interesting? |

I will have to sell it first and I want to sell it to someone who will love this car, so not a dealer or something. I need a good home for it.
I am interested in a Ferrari 308GTB or 328GTB. |

I have owned both a 77 308GTB and still own my 89 328 GTB. Great cars, reliable and fun. You will enjoy either of them. They are heavier to drive than the SZ. |

Which one did you like better?
Both are interesting for me. The early 308 is cool and has more character. But the 328GTB is a bit faster and more modern with better rust-protection. But also a bit less character.
And the 308 has a nicer interior. |

Although I love the romance of a carbed 308 and the design is the purer of the 2 cars, the 328 was quite a jump up in performance. Most of the improvement is roadholding, probably down to the 1970's high walled tyres on the 308.
For me originality is more important than performance so there was no danger I'd put more modern wheels and tyres on the 308, but the improved performance on the 328 is welcome and the 328 just comes across as a much more complete package.
Honestly, it's down to personal choice as both drive like old cars, one just less old than the other.
My advice is to drives LOTS of them, 308 and 328 as there is so much variation in the quality of cars for sale. There is rubbish for sale at the top and bottom end of the market so get lots of experience. |

Hello Harry,
Always a difficult decision when you will sell your car. I saw also that you sell a certificato di collaudo. Do you sell also all your other items in the SZ stuff section ??
Do you still continue with this site ?
Good luck with the selling. |

Cees : I am selling some things from my collection, but I will keep most of it.
I have already sold the Daum crystal SZ.
And I put that certificate on Ebay yesterday.
I have three of those. One for my own car (#042), one for the #233 car and an unused one without a number.
If you are interested in something specific let me know. |
