Mine is faulty, driver's side.
I've pulled it all apart but too dark to mess about...any tips before I start again? It would seem that the motor has seized solid!
Door card is a pain too!

I took my doorcards off last year so that I could give the leather a really good clean and condition - anyway I wont be doing that again! I think putting them back on is even worse - sorry
Have you checked out Ed Van Beek's site? Tech tip No.24 has some info about the door locks (basically says they aren't upto the job) and has some helpful pictures too.

Yes, I've already realised putting them back will be a REAL pain...literally!
The manual shows slightly different fixing methods and only half the bits which need to be removed, which isn't too helpful...unless they're all different of course
The lock seems fine, I can now lock the car as I've disconnected the motor and rods...but will check Ed's site, thanks.
Edit: See what you mean now, the actuator's seem to have plenty of designed in obsolescence

This actuator looks the same as the ones used in the 75/milano models?
The lock mechanism itself is similar to the Alfa 33 series as far as I know?(NOT the tipo 33... ,the fwd ones )

Even cheaper fix...I ordered one from ebay and it's a good copy, but the wiring connections are different and I didn't want to cut and splice the new one in.
So, I stripped the old motor, unseized it, serviced it and stuck it back in...perfect
Also drilled a hole in the plastic casing as the damn thing was still dripping with water!
